Mug Cake Recipe [5 minutes]
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp milk or water
- a large mug
Method:
Add the ingredients to the mug in order, mixing well as you go and then cook for 3 minutes on high. When cooled, add cream or topping if desired.
My Favourite Flavours:
- Chocolate (coca, chocolate chips, chocolate sauce)
- Coffee (coffee power, coffee sauce)
- Peanut Coffee (melted peanut butter, coffee)
You can add most flavours to the basic recipe – just have to experiment.
